Shannon McNulty

Shannon McNulty has been passionate about real estate since her earliest years growing up in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Shannon always wanted to chart a path helping others and found her true calling in real estate, guiding clients through some of the biggest investments of their lives. 

Over the past decade, Shannon has been involved in the sales and marketing of 1 billion dollars worth of real estate in Western Canada and has won awards including the President’s Club Award (representing the Top 1% of Vancouver Realtors) and the Medallion Club Award. Shannon feels extremely blessed to work with remarkable clients who become her friends and a strong part of her network.

After graduating from Bishop’s University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Shannon worked for one of North America’s foremost real estate sales & marketing companies, having a hand in notable projects like the Olympic Village, Richards Living and Maynards Block. She enjoyed that experience but quickly found a love working with local Buyers + Sellers purchasing their first condo or selling their long term family home. Shannon enjoys working with all clients from the first time home buyer to the downsizing baby boomer and adapts her services to each client’s needs.

Passionate about real estate investing, Shannon is an active participant in Western Canada’s emerging real estate markets and harnesses her knowledge to assist and educate aspiring investors. A longtime resident of Vancouver’s North Shore, Shannon enjoys spending her downtime in the forest with Smudge, her adorable Sheepadoodle.
